Hello, my name is Charlotte. I am a Holistic Psychology Coach. I specialise in supporting women on their journey of coming back to their authentic self. Guiding your journey to find self-compassion and future-focused growth. By providing a safe, non-judgemental space for meaningful change and by using Psychological and Holistic healing methods, I create tailored packages to nurture your emotional wellbeing. 

 

Harnessing your inner wisdom, I teach women to understand themselves deeply, overcoming triggers and negative behaviours that no longer serve you and instead consciously create a safe space to heal, process and thrive, cultivating a growth mindset by using a whole mind, body and soul approach to growth.

Holistic Psychology Coach

I am a Holistic Psychology Coach, grounding our work together in applied psychological and behavioural theory with future focused, coaching techniques to help support your wellbeing journey. Using proven mind, body and soul supportive techniques to help you better navigate the emotional stress and anxiety of daily life and to feel empowered to make meaningful change in pursuit of living the life you choose. 


I want you to feel fully supported in your own unique journey of wellness and growth. We will work together by holding space for you to explore your full range of emotions, by using established bespoke methods for achieving your short and long-term wellbeing goals and by empowering you to live your life in full alignment with who you are. 


“Coaching Psychology is an applied positive psychology, drawing on and developing established psychological approaches and can be understood as being the systemic application of behavioural science in the enhancement of life experience and wellbeing for individuals who do not have clinically significant mental health issues or abnormal levels of distress” (APS, 2016). 


Qualifications

I have a Degree in Psychology (BSc Liverpool University) as well as a Masters Degree in Social Psychology (MSc London School of Economics). I have Psychotherapeutic Counselling training (CPTA), and I am a fully certified Holistic Coach. I am also a qualified Reiki practitioner and meditation teacher, allowing a full mind, body and soul approach to your wellbeing.

Psychology Coaching (1 hour)

This service is a favourite among my clients. Working together to help you access your own inner wisdom, feeling empowered to navigate life’s challenges, helping you to grow in self compassion, gain deeper self-understanding, to have a better relationship with yourself and others and to identify and change behaviour patterns that no longer serve you. I help clients move forward towards your goals, accessing more joy and being more mindful in life. I know that my clients are the experts of their own lives, you have everything you need already within yourself, I provide a safe space, gentle support and a psychological methodology with coaching techniques to help you access healing and change.

 

Our work together will be rooted in compassion, acceptance and non-judgement. I will ask questions and sometimes just hold space as we move through a range of emotions and experience towards healing.

Holistic Psychology Coaching  (1 hour)


This gentle approach includes a range of elements to heal mind, body and soul. We work together to understand your specific needs and assess your future-focused goals, before creating a bespoke treatment method to suit your individual needs using Psychology Coaching in combination with guided meditation, EFT tapping and energy healing to soothe and energise you somatically. 


I work with clients to help you access your own inner wisdom, feeling empowered to navigate life’s challenges, helping them to grow in self compassion, gain deeper self-understanding, to have a better relationship with themselves and others and to identify and change behaviour patterns that no longer serve them. I help clients move forward towards their goals, accessing more joy and being more mindful in life. I know that my clients are the experts on their own lives, they have everything they need already within themselves, I provide support within a gentle psychological  framework to help you access this inner power.

Reiki Healing (1 hour)

Reiki treats the whole energetic mind, body and soul and brings into balance our system, restoring energy levels and flow, clearing out stuck or blocked channels and cleansing the physical and emotional system.


I love to use Reiki in my wellbeing toolkit, alongside coaching psychology, to help support my clients in your wellbeing journey. 


Most clients report feeling like they have entered a relaxed or meditative state during treatment while I work on releasing blocked or stagnant energy within the chakra centres. 


Some people feel a release or movement during or after treatment with tears or a gurgling tummy or involuntary movements. All of this is good, it is restoring the free flow of energy through your system. 


Most people need 4 sessions to fully restore movement and balance through their system and many people report feeling more energised, a flow of positive energy, better sleep, less anxious, more empowered and centred or better health in some physical areas by supporting the body’s ability to self heal. 


Reiki healing energy sessions are available in person choose as I work to create flow throughout your chakra centres

How could I benefit?

Psychology coaching services are for the enhancement of wellbeing, so you do not have to wait until you feel unable to manage daily life before accessing these services. It may be that you would like to feel more enthusiastic about your life or you need some help to process or let go of the past. You could just feel a bit stuck and not sure where to go in your life and you need help setting some goals. 


 

I help people with a range of issues including:

What will a Coaching session with me look like? 

In our sessions, you can choose whether you have a Psychology Coaching approach, focusing on holding a healing space,

Processing and working towards goals for meaningful change, or a Holistic Psychology Coaching session. This includes a range of elements to heal mind, body and soul. We work together to assess your goals, before creating a bespoke treatment method to suit your individual needs using Psychology Coaching elements, this can be used in combination with guided meditation and energy healing. 

 

I work with clients to help you access your own inner wisdom, feeling empowered to navigate life’s challenges, helping you to grow in self compassion, gain deeper self-understanding, to have a better relationship with yourself and others and to identify and change behaviour patterns that no longer serve you. I help clients move forward towards your goals, accessing more joy and being more mindful in life. I know that my clients are the experts on their own lives, you have everything you need already within yourself, I provide support and a gentle psychological methodology combined with coaching techniques to help you access this inner power.

How will my online session work? 

Most sessions are now hosted online. I work successfully with my clients online using a video conferencing platform. You will be sent the link and log in details prior to your allotted session. You will also be sent a client form to fill in prior to our first session.

 

At the start of the session, I will provide guidance regarding some ‘house keeping’ issues, then you will be informed about consent and confidentiality. It is helpful to have a private area where you can speak freely. Using headphones can improve privacy and sound quality. 

 

Take some time before and after your first online session in the same way you would give yourself time to get to an office for a face-to-face session. It is important to allow yourself some quiet time to process the session afterwards before you go back to your daily routine. 

 

How many sessions will I need? 

This varies depending on your unique situation, issues and goals. 


Most clients start with 6 sessions and we continue to discuss your needs as you progress and develop. 


Reiki clients usually start with 3-4 sessions but you can always start with one session and we can start your bespoke plan from there.

 

How much do sessions cost?

All Holistic Psychology Coaching and Reiki sessions are 1 hour and both sessions cost £111 per hour.
